Best Exotic is a spatial textbook created to support far-transfer learning (the synthesis of ideas from different domains and contexts) and memory-as-a-choice.
We did so in two main ways: representing notes spatially using a card structure, and embedding widgets into the application that add functionality to notes, ranging from spaced repetition, to additional context, to visualisations.
